Lisa: A Visionary Goldsmith with Craftsmanship and International Experience

Lisa brings over 20 years of expertise in jewelry making—an impressive career that has taken her from the renowned goldsmithing hub of Pforzheim to the global stage. Her journey blends masterful craftsmanship, creative passion, and a deep commitment to sustainability.

Roots in the Gold City of Pforzheim

Lisa’s career began in Pforzheim, a city with a rich jewelry-making heritage. She completed her apprenticeship at the prestigious company Breuning—just like her mother before her.

    Luxury and Perfection at Wellendorff

After her training, Lisa joined the jewelry manufacturer Wellendorff, a name synonymous with luxury and excellence. Here, she perfected her skills in production, quality control, and the restoration of exclusive jewelry pieces, while also developing new designs with passion.

Canada: Creativity in a Small Atelier

In Canada, Lisa brought her expertise to a small artisanal workshop, where she crafted rings and pendants, designed her own collections, and dedicated herself to jewelry repair and restoration.

Indonesia: Senior Goldsmith at John Hardy

Lisa’s journey continued in Bali, where she worked as a Senior Goldsmith and Deputy Department Head for the esteemed brand John Hardy. Known for high-end jewelry inspired by Balinese traditions, the brand is famous for its intricate clasps and delicate moving parts, particularly popular in Australia and the U.S.

Bali: Innovation and Sustainability with Startups

During her time in Bali, Lisa also collaborated with startups and international companies. She advised the sustainable fashion brand ONO, which produces innovative products like cork bags and bamboo fiber shirts. Her expertise in production management and sustainable manufacturing played a key role in these projects.

    Hamburg: Consulting and Craftsmanship

Back in Germany, Lisa spent several years strengthening the team at the Hamburg jewelry atelier Thomas Becker. As workshop manager, she not only led the production team but also guided customers in designing engagement and wedding rings, crafting each piece with meticulous attention to detail. Sustainability remained at the heart of her work.

Merkle: A Piece of Tradition in Hamburg

For over two years, Lisa contributed her expertise to Merkle, a traditional wedding ring manufacturer in Hamburg’s Eimsbüttel district. There, she worked on fine jewelry production and repairs for jewelers and goldsmiths in the region.

    A Unique Approach: High-Quality, Sustainable, and People-Centered

Lisa’s experience in both industry and craftsmanship has shaped her holistic approach: She combines the precision and quality of high-end jewelry with streamlined, sustainable production methods. Her philosophy is rooted in the careful selection of materials—ethically sourced metals, diamonds, and gemstones—along with a respectful and fair treatment of people and resources.

Lisa represents a rare combination of international experience, artisanal precision, and a strong commitment to responsibility. Her vision: to create jewelry as unique as the people who wear it—while making the world a little better along the way.
